Newcastle’s iconic 105.3 NEWFM is experiencing a remarkable homecoming of listeners, winning the hearts of Novocastrians all over again.
Following the second GfK Radio Survey of 2023, the station achieved the highest surge in cumulative audience (cume) in more than a decade with an astounding increase of 19,000 individuals returning to the fold.
General manager Guy Ashford said witnessing movement in every shift proved NEWFM’s unwavering commitment to local programming resonated with the heart and soul of the community.
